Return and Exchange Policy

  •         Return policy is only applicable if ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ product is delivered.
  •         For any ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ product received, complaint must be raised within 48hrs of delivery to our customer care with proper  images/snapshots of the damaged product. Once it is verified by our team we will arrange for the pickup from your registered address  within 2 -4 working days. In case pickup is not available in that address then customer has to ship the product to our warehouse and has to bear the return charges.
  •         Once the product reaches our warehouse replacement product will be sent within 2-4 working days free of cost.
  •         In case of replacement of wrong size/colour customer has to raise a replacement request to our customer care and will arrange a pickup  within 2-4 working days. In case pickup is not available in that address then customer has to ship the product to our warehouse. In such cases customer has to bear the return charges.
  •         Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the stock and replacement  product.
  •         We don’t offer change of mind policy.
  •         Partial refunds will not be entertained.
  •         There is no return or exchange policy for the free gifts sent with the product.
  •         Exchange/Replacement policy will be void in case of:

                      - Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse

                      - Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories.

                      - Product is used or worn or altered

                      - If there is any sort of tampering done to product.

  •         In case of online refund, it will be credited to the same account where the transaction has been made by the customer.
  •         In case of COD refund, the payment will be made to the customer through NEFT. The Payee name has to be confirmed by the customer  while logging a complaint; else, the refund will be on hold.
  •         No replacement is provided for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products bought in Deal/Offers.
  •         In case of branded electronic items, brands’ return, repair and replacement policy will apply.
